1. Entertainment only
Madame Vexa is an entertainment service. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are fiction. They are not predictions of real events, and no part of this service is factual, professional, or predictive. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make health, legal, or money decisions based on a reading. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use this service.
3. What you are buying
You buy a number of questions (credits). Each question you send consumes one credit and returns one AI-generated reading. Credits live in your browsing session — keep the same browser and they stay with you. They do not expire on a timer, but a session that goes unused for twelve months is deleted along with its conversation, and any credits left in it go with it (see our Privacy Policy). If that happens and you still had unused credits, email us and we will restore or refund them. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
After your purchase we show you an access key. It is the way to bring your remaining questions back on another device, or if you clear your browser data — keep it private, because whoever opens it can also read your conversation. Lost it? Email us from the address you paid with and we will restore your access.
Written reports ("Your month ahead", "Love compatibility") are one-off purchases: you enter first names and zodiac signs, pay once, and she writes the report immediately. It opens at a private link shown after payment — keep that link, it is how you return to your report. Reports are entertainment, like everything here, and are kept for 12 months.
Palm readings and tarot spreads work the same way, with one difference: she reads first and you decide after. You upload a photo of your palm (or choose a spread and a question), she writes the whole reading, and you see the first part free. If you want the rest, you pay once (palm reading €6.99, three-card spread €5.99, Celtic Cross €9.99, dream reading €4.99, the rest of a reading she started €4.99) and the full reading opens at the same private link. Numerology (€4.99), the year ahead (€9.99) and the full birth chart (€9.99) are written after payment, like the reports above. The card of the day, the yes-or-no pendulum, your life path number and your Big Three are free. Palm lines are read for entertainment: nothing in a reading is a statement about your health, lifespan or future events.
The daily line by email is free. You get it only after ticking the box and confirming from the email we send, and you can stop it with one click in any email.
4. Who you are buying from, and how to reach us
This service is provided and sold by Klaudiusz Kukieła, Krakowska 21/2, 99-400 Łowicz, Poland, Poland, European Union. You can contact us at any time at automaty.partner@gmail.com, and we answer within 14 days.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown are the total amount you pay, in EUR, including any applicable VAT. You receive a payment confirmation by email from Stripe.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, before paying you are asked to tick a box giving your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledging that, once your first reading has been delivered, you lose that right of withdrawal. If you do not give that consent, you cannot complete the purchase.
Until you have used your first question, the withdrawal right still applies in full: contact us and we refund you, no reason needed.
Unused credits: if you have not used any of the credits you bought, contact us within 14 days at automaty.partner@gmail.com and we will refund them. If the service fails technically and you receive no reading for a credit that was consumed, that credit is restored automatically, or refunded on request.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this service to seek advice about self-harm, harming others, or illegal activity. Do not attempt to resell, scrape, or automate access. We may end access without refund for abuse.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klaudiusz Kukieła is not liable for any decision you make or action you take based on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
