1. Entertainment only
Madame Vexa is an entertainment service. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are fiction. They are not predictions of real events, and no part of this service is factual, professional, or predictive. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make health, legal, or money decisions based on a reading. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use this service.
3. What you are buying
You buy a number of questions (credits). Each question you send consumes one credit and returns one AI-generated reading. Credits are tied to your browsing session and do not expire while that session exists. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
4. Who you are buying from, and how to reach us
This service is provided and sold by Klaudiusz Kukieła, Krakowska 21/2, 99-400 Łowicz, Poland, Poland, European Union. You can contact us at any time at automaty.partner@gmail.com, and we answer within 14 days.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Prices shown are the total amount you pay, in EUR, including any applicable VAT. You receive a payment confirmation by email from Stripe.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, before paying you are asked to tick a box giving your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledging that, once your first reading has been delivered, you lose that right of withdrawal. If you do not give that consent, you cannot complete the purchase.
Until you have used your first question, the withdrawal right still applies in full: contact us and we refund you, no reason needed.
Unused credits: if you have not used any of the credits you bought, contact us within 14 days at automaty.partner@gmail.com and we will refund them. If the service fails technically and you receive no reading for a credit that was consumed, that credit is restored automatically, or refunded on request.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this service to seek advice about self-harm, harming others, or illegal activity. Do not attempt to resell, scrape, or automate access. We may end access without refund for abuse.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klaudiusz Kukieła is not liable for any decision you make or action you take based on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
